Fellowship in Real Estate Luncheon

We are excited to announce an opportunity to enjoy great food and fellowship, and to hear an incredible story about one of the most important real estate sites in the world – the Museum of the Bible.

Our special guest and speaker for the event is Shannon Bennett, the Museum’s Chief Marketing Officer. Shannon oversees all sales and marketing efforts that support the museum’s mission to invite all people to engage in the transformative power of the Bible.

Many people are struggling during these difficult and uncertain times and need encouragement. So, we invite you to bring a friend, family, or colleague to hear Shannon recount how the God of the Bible overcame incredible obstacles and challenges to successfully bring this international treasure to our Nation’s Capital.

This same God is still in miracle business, and let’s all be reminded and encouraged that He remains in control. Be sure to register, and we look forward to seeing you on December 8 at noon at Maggiano’s!

About the Speaker

Shannon Bennett is Museum of the Bible’s Chief Marketing Officer, where she oversees the Digital Media, Advertising, Communications, Media Relations, Social Media, Sales, and Creative departments. Shannon began her tenure with the museum in May 2013 as director of community relations and has the distinction of being the museum’s first DC-based staff member. She has served the organization in various capacities in both marketing and development.

Shannon began her career at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, where she worked in entertainment operations, studio production, and marketing. During that time, she coordinated hundreds of broadcasts from Walt Disney World, including Disney Channel concerts, Live with Regis & Kathie Lee, Major League Baseball spring training, and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. Prior to joining the museum team, Shannon spent four years in Jerusalem, Israel, where she served as director of educational resources at the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem. There she oversaw the marketing and distribution of the non-profit’s educational resources and other products. She also served as a volunteer at Yad Vashem, Israel’s national Holocaust memorial and museum. At Yad Vashem, she assisted with outreach to Christians worldwide through Christian Friends of Yad Vashem.

While in Israel, Shannon also received her MA in Jewish civilization from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She also holds a BFA in theatre arts from the University of Mississippi.
